Positive aspects:
Everyone at you hotel, from lobby staff, front desk, and dining facility could not have made me feel more at home. Staying in your hotel could not have been better. Front desk experience. Your staff was extremely helpful in providing advise on getting around Stuttgart. The welcome basket, easter basket, and television welcome were unique and unexpected. I felt like the staff were friends. I look forward to returning to the Mercure Fontana Stuttgart.
