As the hotel "Märkisches Gildehaus" has traditionally been a place where craftsmen would stay and communicate both the craftsman on an educational journey and the commercial traveller who is on the road are welcome to enjoy the hospitality of our house. Despite this both the metropolitan tourist and the aquatic sportsman world appreciate the quiet location of a friendly hotel in the outlying districts of Berlin. Our rooms were completely renovated and modernised recently. The 20 double rooms, all of which are furnished with shower/restroom, radio alarm, colour-TV, and minibar, are directly at the lake Schwielowsee. Please inquire in advance if you are interested in renting a bungalow. Since our hotel focuses on organising meetings and conferences, we offer seven conference rooms for ten to 80 people the rooms are equipped with up-to-date technology and there is also a computer-pool. Except for a plentiful breakfast buffet our restaurant serves food all day and prepares also banquets. The restaurant accomodate up to 60 people, the "Gildezimmer" (guild room) twelve, and the cafe "Ufercafé" up to 25 people. In the summer the guests can enjoy their drinks outside on the terrace. In addition to sauna, solarium, gym, skittle-alley, and barbecue area we offer our "aquatic guests" free berths, boats for rent, and chartering of sailboats and yachts.
