Positive aspects:
The staff are very polite, nice and helpful. It is cosy and clean. The reservation ans special requests were carried out accurately and timely. The room, bathroom, heater and TV was very good. It is close to downtown, main streets, English Garden, and some museums. It has a coffee shop, bakery, supermarket, udnerground station, tram station so close by.
Negative aspects:
Not enough international channels on TV, non from the Middle East. Internet is not free.		 My rating:
