Your Internet service is very expensive compared to most of the European hotels that actually have a business center where emails, etc. can be viewed on a gratis basis. My rating of "Good" reflects this overly aggressive policy for high priced Internet services to your guests when you know you have them capture for this service.

Positive aspects:
It was not my first time to stay at your hotel. I travel every year to Garmisch at I elect to stay at the Movenpick the last night to be close to the airport for departure. It is not far from Munich and close to the airport. its location is a suitable place.

Negative aspects:
I did not expect to be charged for wireless computer connection

Positive aspects:
reception was very warm and welcoming. Receptionist was knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel room is clean, pleasant and spacious. My stay though short was very pleasant and memorable.
