Pleasant and helpful staff, clean and beautiful rooms and breakfast room, delicious breakfast, ideal location so close to the Hbf.

Positive aspects:
The breakfast meal was very good and the staff were pleasant and helpful

Negative aspects:
When we were there it was very hot and so the windows had to be open as a result it was quite noisy at night.

The hotel was fairly clean and organized. The breakfast was what I have come to expect from European hotels; absolute excellence!

Negative aspects:
There was some sort of construction that occured above the bathroom in the early afternoon which I was not informed about.

Friendly staff, graet breakfast, location can't be beat I will reccomend this hotel to anyone travelling to Munich and have found the only hotel I need next time I am There.

Positive aspects:
After a 26 hour journey from Australia we needed a comfortable and clean place to recover. We were not dissapointed. The location , walking distance, to the main train station was a major benefit for sightseeing and the eventual train trip to other parts of Europe. The hotel reception staff were obliging and of assistance and spoke English when required.
