Cancellation Policy:

We would like to point out that the Total Amount will be charged in case of nonarrival unless the booking is cancelled prior to 04:00 pm the day of arrival. We would like to point out that during fair periods or big events (Oktoberfest) a 45 - 60 day cancellation period applies for bookings. This means that cancellations can be made free of charge only up to 45 - 60 days prior to arrival date. The Total Amount will be charged automatically for cancellations made within 45 - 60 days to the arrival date as well as for no-shows.
