Positive aspects:
Close to Munich City Centre and Train Station. Room was clean and of a good size. Reception personnel were friendly and well presented. Breakfast waiters and waitresses were efficient.

Negative aspects:
Reception/lobby area too small no room to relax either go to hotel bar or room. No evening meal.

Positive aspects:
Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Clean room. Nice breakfast buffet.

Negative aspects:
Very difficult to get in and out of the shower -- steep sides and curved bottom. Very high-priced during the electronics convention, which we were unaware of when we booked.
