Positive aspects:
The room was pleasant and bright. The staff was exceptionally warm and engaging. I left my phone charger and they knew, from interacting with us, who my colleagues were and got it to them to bring home for me. This was a very positive experience.

Negative aspects:
The doorlocks were very difficult and frustrating. Sometimes they worked the way I expected and other times it took multiple tries to get the room unlocked. These should be updated if possible.
