Positive aspects:
The accommodations were excellent and the food was just as good. In particular, the breakfast each morning was outstanding: wide choice of foods, everything was hot, fresh coffee, etc.

Negative aspects:
The front desk person was not comfortable in speaking English and, as my German is poor, we had some trouble in communicating. I understand that not everyone can speak English, but she did not speak French either. Only German. However, the service that she gave us was excellent and she made every effort to be helpful.
