Positive aspects:
Having stayed at the Kaiserhof before I knew what to expect. A really nice hotel with good staff. The breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner on our first night. All subsequent dinners were catered for at other venues in Lubeck as my husband was attending an ISO meeting in the city. If I come to Lubeck again I will most likely stay at the Kaiserhof and recommend it to my friends.

Negative aspects:
The only negative thing I have to say is that our room was not quite as nice as the first time we stayed at the Kaiserhof. The first time we were on the second floor in a wonderful room. Last time it was on the top floor and rather on the warm side. It was June!

Positive aspects:
You can adjust the heating in the way that you want. Shower is good with plenty of warm water.

Negative aspects:
Breakfast was not always ready in the beginning of the breakfast time. The room was not cleaned very thoroughly.
