Positive aspects:
We arrived your hotel and we felt that we ws the only gest at the hotel. Your service was exelent. We whished to visit Hamburg and get som very good information from the personal behind reseptiondesk. WE will visit Hamburg again and i'm sure that we will stay at your hotel. The room was clean, beds were good and the bathroom was nice.

Negative aspects:
Since it was the warmest week i europe that week and day we stayed at your hotelwe wished that you have an aircondition. The fan that you have put in the room was a little bit too small for that big room. That's nothing that you can do anything too, because of the weathercondition.
