Positive aspects:
This hotel was well situated for the christmas markets and restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful and the hotelwas nice and clean. Our room was very good, plenty of space, warm and inviting. Breakfast was excellent would definately stay again. Well done to Hotel Victoria. Hotel is very good value for money. Excellent for rail travel as hotel is only a few minutes sway fom main railway station. Australian restaurant very near and has excellent food.

Positive aspects:
The hotel was close to everything we needed and the staff were very helpful with our extra early arrival.They were not able to give us a room immediately but did offer us breakfast free of charge and gave us our room a soon as one had been cleaned and available. I would rate the service as being very good.
