Negative aspects:
Complete lack of facilities for handicapped or frail older peoble: 1. Lack of seating on long way from reception to elevators. 2. No grab bars around bathtub/shower or toilet. 3. The long way to your restaurant "Unterschweinstiege" completely unsuitable for handicapped: unsufficiant lighting, again no seating facilties, too many stairs, not sheltered against bad weather.

Positive aspects:
Excellent rooms. The best breakfast buffet that I have ever encountered by far. The front desk personnel are very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Best of any hotel visited.
