Positive aspects:
Hotel is situated in a pleasant place which is not in the very center, but it is close to the S-bahn station. The general impression about the hotel is good.

Negative aspects:
As not very important but nevertheless moments I can indicate: - the strange noises in the yard during the night: as if someone is slaming the door with a big noise; - the bathroom has not a soap holder in the shower, so the washing procedure could be improved.

Positive aspects:
close to Ku Damm and Charlottenburg station. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast very good, plenty of choice to suit everyones needs. This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel in two years and no doubt we will be back again.

Negative aspects:
No kettle to make a hot drink in room. Corridors in need of decorating as they are starting to look tired.
