CHECK IN 4 p.m. ) Reserved rooms shall be available for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the agreed day of the client’s arrival. The client shall not be entitled to occupy the room(s) earlier than this. CHECK OUT 10 a.m. (11 a.m. at the weekend) ) On the agreed day of departure the client must vacate the room by 10 a.m. at the latest. If the client does not vacate the room by that time we shall be entitled to charge 50% of the full room rate as published in the price list until 6 p.m. for reason of non-contractual occupation, and if the client vacates the room after 6 p.m. 100% of the full room rate will be charged. This shall not constitute any contractual claims on the part of the client. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS) - Until two days prior to arrival till 6 o’clock pm (local time hotel/hostel) free of charge. In case of cancellation afterwards a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of non-arrival 100% of booking costs will be charged. It’s the same for short-term bookings, within two days before arrival. - Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines are non-cancelable. |

The A & O Hotel Mitte Ostbahnhof Berlin is located in the very center of Berlin, close to the Alexanderplatz. By car: Hamburg (north) from Berliner Ring (A10) junction Pankow onto A 114, at exit road Schönerlinder Strasse onto B109/A114 till the end. Drive along the Prenzlauer Promenade, Prenzlauer Allee, then turn left into Danziger Strasse, strait onto Warschauer Strasse across the River Spree. Past the bridge make a right turn into the Köpenicker Strasse and keep driving for about 1 kilometer. Frankfurt/Oder (east) from Berliner Ring (A10) Take the exit Hellersdorf to get onto Frankfurter Chaussee B1/B5, Go straight along, Berliner Str., Alt Mahlsdorf, Alt Kaulsdorf, Alt Biesdorf, Alt Friedrichsfelde, Frankfurter Allee, turn left onto Warschauer Strasse, across the River Spree. After the bridge turn right into Köpenicker Strasse and after approximately 1 kilometer, you will see the hotel on the left-hand side. Hannover / Leipzig (west/south) from Berliner Ring (A10) Take the junction Dreieck Nuthetal to A115, then the junction Zehlendorf and drive to Potsdamer Chaussee, straight onto Berliner Strasse, Eichenstrasse, to the Highway till Kreuz Schöneberg. On the Kreuz Schöneberg drive to A100 in the direction of Tempelhof. Take exit road Tempelhof to the left onto Tempelhofer Damm (B96). On the Street Waterloo Ufer turn right and keep going along Gitschner Strasse and Skalitzer Strasse. At the end of the Skalitzer Strasse (before you cross the bridge) turn left onto Köpenicker Strasse and keep driving for about 1 kilometer. The hotel will be on the left-hand side. By train From the Central station DB take any S-Bahn in the direction of Ostbahnhof DB Ostbahnhof DB. Go to the main exit, go across the street and over the bridge Schillingbrücke. Past the bridge turn right into Köpenicker Strasse. The hotel is on the left-hand side about 100 meters away. By Bus From the Central Bus Station ZOB take the underground line U2 to the station Zoologischer Garten (5 Stops). Then switch to the S-Bahn, line: S 3, 5, 7 or 75 to Ostbahnhof (8 stops) By plane Airport Tegel TXL: take the Bus X9 and go to the station Zoologischer Garten (final stop). Switch to the S-Bahn, line S 3, 5, 7 or 75 till you reach Ostbahnhof (8 stops) Airport Schönefeld SXF: Take the S-Bahn S 9 to station Ostbahnhof (11 stops). |
